HRI is a family business carried forward by Alex Hardy. The family connection is part of what shapes the way we approach our work—with straightforward communication, useful information, and a genuine interest in helping people understand the roof over their home.
Spike was part of that family, too. He was a beloved family pet who brought personality, companionship, and plenty of joy into our home. After Spike passed, we wanted to keep a little piece of him with us, so he became the inspiration for HRI's mascot. Today, Spike is a reminder of the special place family pets hold in our lives—and of a simple idea we believe in: look up, pay attention, and know what is above your head.
Our primary focus is roof inspection. We look at the existing roof, explain observable conditions, and help homeowners, buyers, sellers, and Realtors® understand what deserves attention.
When repair work is appropriate, repair estimates are available. Full roof replacement is not the default purpose of an inspection.
